Why I started CARE7
I've worked as a phlebotomist in busy laboratories and clinical settings across Chicago. I saw how short-staffed shifts create stress for teams and delays for patients. I also saw great healthcare professionals who wanted more flexibility and better opportunities.
CARE7 was born from that experience—to build a staffing platform that puts people first, supports healthcare teams, and helps patients get the care they need, when they need it.
